When i was a kid i had an item called a "pitch back" This Reebound net kit seemed similar, and i needed something to help recover from shoulder surgery without all the therapy connotations. This Item works well, once I figured out how to assemble it, and i do not expect it to last too long. The instructions are not clear, and there are only two replacement bands if you break more you are on your own for adequate replacements, and then there is the tedious disassembly for repairs.
